lead investigator

Derrick serves as a Lead Investigator for the team, bringing a highly grounded and analytical perspective. He is not someone who jumps to paranormal conclusions; in fact, he has noted that he "usually" dismisses visual anomalies out of the corner of his eye because "you just never know". Furthermore, he has stated that he "usually [doesn't] get feelings from rooms, objects, etc.," ensuring that his evaluations are based on concrete data rather than personal vibes.
